The Nordic pure and clean nature inspired our Galilean Delights. In addition we are taking the geo-location on the intersection of Asia, Europe and Africa into account. Such fusion cuisine items we dubbed FuZion and InfuZion accordingly.
Our clean and "whole" foods, which are not or minimally processed, contain only natural ingredients and little to no chemicals, preserving their maximum nutritional value. In addition we will as well offer health promoting products, e.g. detox tea and ghee which date back to proven folk medicines.. Healthy nutrition and healing go more often than not hand in hand.
